Axis-Y global co-development project set out with the single, overarching objective of bringing together people from various backgrounds and experiences in order to express our shared love for skincare and being our best selves. They spent two years developing the best line for our skin over that time. Over 1,000 influencers from 68 different countries participated in an open survey about their skin types, skin concerns, preferred ingredients, preferred packaging, and other topics. Then, in collaboration with a small group of experts and community members, Axis-Y fine-tuned our formulas to guarantee the ideal fit.

Now, our skin deserves a break. Our "comfort and skin-recharge" concept comes into play here as it works tirelessly day and night to defend us from outside aggressors. Which service did they launched with us?

Axis-Y understands the importance of gathering customer insights before investing in any marketing strategies, so they partnered with us to gain a better understanding of their target audience's preferences and opinions regarding their newest products which are Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum, Quinoa One Step Balanced Gel Cleanser, Daily Purifying Treatment Toner and Artichoke Intensive Skin Barrier Ampoule. We ran an extensive review and market research campaign for their products in the Vietnam market to uncover what customers like and dislike about this product.

To ensure a successful review and market research campaign, we needed to build excitement and anticipation among potential beauty reviewers. We set out to do this by spending almost two weeks talking about the product's features, stories behind the brand, and more. This process crafted an eagerness for the beauty reviewers to try it out themselves. To make sure that maximum people get to know about the reviews of Axis-Y's products, we made use of our website banners, social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and newsletters. This created a frenzy amongst beauty reviewers who were yearning to take them out for a spin.

2/ Beauty Tech Labs were selective in choosing the right beauty reviewers for the product:

We recognize how vital product feedback is when it comes to predicting the success of our client products. We only gave away the product to those who matched our desired target demographic, so that their opinions and reviews would give us a better indication of what direction the product should take in terms of its future revenue.
